Acknowledgment

1. Shared Ownership
All content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) created by MOY Visuals is jointly owned by both MOY Visuals and the Client. MOY Visuals will notify the Client if any content is intended for use on social media or the website. Both parties may use the content for personal or promotional purposes, but commercial distribution by the Client is not permitted without prior written approval.

2. Edits & Usage
The Client may adapt, trim, or otherwise edit content for personal use, social media, or private sharing. Major alterations that significantly change the style or nature of the content should be discussed with MOY Visuals beforehand to ensure the integrity of the work is maintained.

3. Credit
While crediting @moyvisuals when sharing content online is optional, it is highly appreciated and helps support MOY Visuals’ creative work.

4. Turnaround Time
All final content (photos and videos) will be delivered within 6 weeks of the wedding date. MOY Visuals will make every effort to deliver earlier when possible, but timelines may vary due to editing complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the wedding day. Deposits are retained in the event of cancellation, but MOY Visuals is happy to accommodate rescheduling with no additional penalty.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, including timing, special requests, and any specific shots or moments they wish to capture. MOY Visuals is not responsible for missed shots if instructions are not provided or if there are unexpected changes to the schedule.

7. Use of Images & Videos
MOY Visuals may feature images or video clips online or in promotional material, provided the Client is notified. No personal data beyond the content itself will be shared.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances
While MOY Visuals will take all reasonable steps to ensure a smooth experience, factors beyond control—such as weather, equipment issues, or third-party disruptions—may affect the final results. MOY Visuals will communicate promptly about any such situations.

9. Drive Storage Notice
Content will be stored on an online drive for up to 6 months. The Client will be notified if content is removed from storage prior to this time. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their own copies to ensure permanent access.
