Social Media Content Acknowledgment

1. Shared Ownership
All content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) created by MOY Visuals is jointly owned by both MOY Visuals and the Client. Both parties are free to use, reuse, edit, and repurpose the content without requiring further permission.

2. Edits & Usage
You are welcome to alter or adapt the content (e.g., trimming videos, adding filters or captions) to suit your platforms or campaigns.

3. Credit
Crediting @moyvisuals when sharing the content is optional, but always appreciated.

4. General Understanding
This acknowledgment does not represent a formal contract but confirms your understanding and acceptance of how content provided by MOY Visuals may be used.

5. Drafts & Re-edits
MOY Visuals will produce a first draft based on the agreed-upon brief. One round of reasonable revisions is included. If requested changes significantly deviate from the original brief (e.g., changing the style, structure, or key direction), these may incur additional charges at MOY Visuals’ discretion.

6. Turnaround Time
Drafts are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after the shoot, unless otherwise communicated.

7. Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure the shoot date and time. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the final draft, before final delivery or posting.
